  2. You can claim any prize up to and including $750.00 at selected On-Line Agents except in the US Virgin Islands where Lottery Retailers may pay prizes up to US$599.99; prizes of US$600 or greater must be claimed at the Central Lottery Office.
  3. Prizes more than $750.00, at the Central Lottery office
  4. All prizes must be claimed within 90 days after draw date.
  5. All prizes are payable in local currency only.
  6. Winners of prizes over $750 must have a valid ID to claim prize

RULES

  1. You must present a valid ticket to claim a prize, the ticket is the only proof of your number selection and is the only valid receipt to claim a prize. A play slip does not constitute evidence of a winning ticket or numbers selected. The Caribbean Lottery is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
  2. Tickets, transactions and winners are subject to the Caribbean Lottery rules, regulations and procedures.
  3. Tickets are void and will not be paid if unissued, illegible, previously paid, mutilated or misprinted, not properly registered with the Lottery Central Computer, or altered in any way.
  4. You must be 18 years or older to buy a Lottery ticket.

Required Documentation

To claim a prize of $750 or more, the player must:

  1. Complete a Caribbean Lottery Winner Claim Form. To obtain a Caribbean Lottery Winner Claim Form, visit the Caribbean Lottery office. Payment will be made to the person whose name appears on the name line on the back of the ticket.
  2. Present one form of identification that is current or was issued within the past five years. Acceptable forms of identification include:
  3. An identification card or driver's license.
  4. A passport issued by any government.

Players must provide to the Caribbean Lottery all documentation required to pay a prize at the time the claim is filed. If an On-line ticket has been validated by a retailer and the prize was not paid, the ticket must be received by the Lottery within two days of validation date. For Instant tickets, all documentation required to pay a prize must be submitted to the Barbados Lottery on or before the official end of the game.
